  The Terms and Conditions apply to any company which wishes to be registered as a dealer and as may be amended from time to time. By completing the above form, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions set out below.
  1. This evaluation form will be subject to review and once your request has been approved, you will be able to buy at our dealer prices.
  2. Please submit your certificate of incorporation and valid tax clearance certificate.
  3. You shall not do, or omit to do, or permit to be done any act which will or may weaken, damage or be detrimental to the reputation or goodwill associated with Douglas St Leger (Pvt) Ltd, Wembley Tools, Orientcraft, Einhell or Gemlock brand and business.
  4. The agreement between Douglas St Leger (Pvt) Ltd and the company applying for dealership shall come into force once all the terms are met and verification is completed.
  5. The authorized dealership is given on a non-exclusive basis.
  6. Reseller or installer must not under any circumstances represent themselves as Douglas St Leger (Pvt) Ltd., Wembley Tools, Orientcraft, Einhell or Gemlock. All correspondence, quotes and estimates must be in the reseller / installer company name.
  7. Douglas St Leger (Pvt) Ltd. can not be held liable for any defect in workmanship undertaken by an installer.
  8. Douglas St Leger (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to reject applications for dealership without stating reasons.
  9. Douglas St Leger (Pvt) Ltd may at any point terminate the agreement if the authorized dealer commits the breach of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
